May add to or modify the schedule
The Supreme Court may make necessary additions or changes in the schedule by publishing a notice in the Nepal Gazette.
(1) The Government of Nepal may make necessary changes and additions in Schedule-28 by publishing a notice in the Nepal Gazette.
(2) The Supreme Court may publish the notice in the Nepal Gazette and make necessary additions and deletions in the schedules other than Schedule-28.
